INFORMATION CLAUSE ON PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA OF PARTICIPANTS

Pursuant to art. 13 Par. 1 and 2 of Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC ("GDPR") , JAGO Ośrodek Nauczania Języków Obcych Sp. z o.o. informs that:

  1. The administrator of your personal data (as well as your child's personal data if s/he will make use our educational services) is JAGO Ośrodek Nauczania Języków Obcych Sp. z oo, ul. Bohaterów Westerplatte 11, 65-034 Zielona Góra phone 9730940499, KRS number: 0000313717, share capital - PLN 50,000.00 (hereinafter referred to as the Administrator).
  2. The administrator has not appointed the Data Protection Officer. In all matters related to the protection of personal information, and in order to exercise the rights due to its processing, you can contact the Administrator in writing at ul. Bohaterów Westerplatte 11, 65-034 Zielona Góra or by email at personaldata@jago.pl.
  3. The Administrator will process personal data for the purposes of conclusion and performance of the agreement (legal basis: Article 6 (1) letter b of the GDPR). If you agree, the Administrator will process your personal data for the marketing and commercial purposes of himself and his trusted partners (legal basis: Article 6 paragraph 1 point a). Personal data may also be processed in order to implement the legitimate interests of the Administrator such as the creation of statistics, reports and analyzes, development of the educational offer, defense against claims and pursuing claims under the agreement (legal basis: Article 6 (1) letter f GDPR). The administrator may also process personal data in order to fulfill legal obligations, e.g. in the field of accounting (legal basis: Article 6 (1) letter c of the GDPR).
  4. The recipients of your personal data are the entities that provide the Administrator with IT, accounting and human resources services. They process personal data only on the basis of agreements with the Administrator and in accordance with his instructions.
  5. your personal data will be processed by the Administrator for the duration of the agreement. After the end of the agreement your data will be processed until the claims for the agreement are time-barred or until the obligation to store data resulting from legal provisions expires, in particular as regards the obligation to keep accounting documentation. If we process data based on your consent, they will be processed until you withdraw it.
  6. Currently, the Administrator does not transfer personal data to third countries and international organizations. In the future, the administrator may decide to transfer data outside the European Economic Area only to the extent permitted by law and using appropriate measures to ensure data protection. 
  7. your personal data are not profiled.
  8. In connection with the processing of personal data, you have the right to access your data, request their rectification, removal or limitation of processing as well as to transfer data. If personal data are processed on the basis of your consent, you have the right to withdraw it at any time. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the legality of the processing, which was made on the basis of consent before its withdrawal. If personal data are processed on the basis of the Administrator's legitimate interest, you have the right to object to their processing due to your special situation. In order to implement the above rights, please contact the Administrator.
  9. If you believe that your data are processed in violation of the data protection regulations, you have the right to submit a complaint to the supervisory body - the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
  10. The transfer of personal data are voluntary but necessary for the conclusion and performance of the agreement. If your data are processed on the basis of your consent, their provision is completely voluntary and does not affect the conclusion of the agreement.

    a) in order to send marketing and commercial information, both of his own and that of his trusted partners', e.g in the form of a newsletter, based on your consent (legal basis: Article 6 paragraph 1 point a GDPR),
    b) for the performance of the agreement to which you are a party or to take action on your demand, before concluding the agreement, e.g. to carry out the placement test and prepare the offer of the language course in response to the application form sent (legal basis: Article 6 paragraph 1 letter b GDPR),
    c) in order to implement the legitimate interests of the Administrator, such as the creation of statistics, reports and analyzes, development of the educational offer, self-marketing, conducting business communication, pursuing claims and defense against claims (legal basis: Article 6 (1) letter f GDPR).
  4. The recipients of your personal data are entities providing IT and accounting services to the Administrator. They process personal data only on the basis of agreements with the Administrator and in accordance with his instructions.
  5. your personal data will be processed for 90 days from the date of sending the application questionnaire. If the Administrator processes data based on your consent to send marketing and commercial information, it will be processed until it is withdrawn.
  6. Currently, the Administrator does not transfer personal data to third countries and international organizations. In the future, the administrator may decide to transfer data outside the European Economic Area only to the extent permitted by law and using appropriate measures to ensure data protection. 
  7. The administrator does not profile personal data.
  8. In connection with the processing of personal data, you have the right to access your data, request their rectification, removal or limitation of processing as well as to transfer data. If you consent, the Administrator will process your personal data in order to send marketing and commercial information, both of his own and that of his trusted partners', e.g in the form of a newsletter (legal basis: Article 6 paragraph 1 point a GDPR), Personal data may also be processed in order to implement the legitimate interests of the Administrator, such as the production of statistics, reports and analyzes, defense against claims, self-marketing and pursuing claims under the agreement (legal basis: Article 6 (1) letter f). The administrator may also process personal data in order to fulfill legal obligations, e.g. in the field of accounting and running the registry of a sworn translator (legal basis: Article 6 paragraph 1 letter c of the GDPR).
  4. The recipients of your personal data are the entities that provide the Administrator with IT, accounting, human resources and expert translation services. They process personal data only on the basis of agreements with the Administrator and in accordance with his instructions.
  5. your personal data will be processed by the Administrator for the duration of the agreement. After the termination of the agreement, your data will be processed until the claims resulting from the agreement are time-barred or until the obligation to store data resulting from legal provisions expires, in particular as regards the obligation to keep accounting records and data in the repertoire of a sworn translator. If the Administrator processes personal data based on your consent, they will be processed until it is withdrawn.
  6. Currently, the Administrator does not transfer personal data to third countries and international organizations. In the future, the administrator may decide to transfer data outside the European Economic Area only to the extent permitted by law and using appropriate measures to ensure data protection.

INFORMATION CLAUSE ON PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA OF CANDIDATES

Pursuant to Art. 13 par. 1 and par. 2 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (‘GDPR’), JAGO Ośrodek Nauczania Języków Obcych Sp. z o.o. informs that:

  1. The controller of your personal data is JAGO Ośrodek Nauczania Języków Obcych Sp. z o.o., ul. Bohaterów Westerplatte 11, 65-034 Zielona Góra, NIP: 9730940499, KRS: 0000313717, share capital – PLN 50.000,00 (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Controller’).
  2. The Controller has not appointed a Data Protection Officer. In all cases related to personal data processing and exercising rights in connection with data processing you can write to ul. Bohaterów Westerplatte 11, 65-034 Zielona Góra or send an email to .
  3. The Controller will process your personal data for the purpose of recruitment process on the position you apply for. The Controller will process your personal data also for the purpose of future recruitment processes only on a basis of your consent.
  4. The Controller will process your name, surname, your parents’ name, date of birth, place of residence (address for correspondence), education and employment history under provision of law - Art. 221 § 1 of Labour Code (legal basis: Art. 6 par. 1 letter c of GDPR). If you disclose other personal data in your recruitment form or CV to the Controller, they will be processed only on a basis of your consent (legal basis: Art. 6 par. 1 letter a of GDPR). Contact data and personal data collected during the job interview and recruitment test will be processed on a basis of the Controller’s legitimate interest. The legitimate interests are contacting candidates during the recruitment process and examining skills and abilities of the candidates for the purpose of the recruitment process (legal basis: Art. 6 par. 1 letter f of GDPR).
  5. Recipients of your data will be the entities providing IT, accountancy and legal services to the Controller. They process your personal data only on a basis of the agreements with the Controller and in accordance with its instructions.
  6. Your personal data will be processed by the Controller for the time of recruitment process. After the recruitment process, your personal data can be processed until the end of the year following the year in which you submitted your job application for the purpose of future recruitment processes, on a basis of your voluntary consent.
  7. The Controller currently does not transfer personal data to third countries or international organisations. The Controller may decide in the future to transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area only to the extent permitted by law and with the use of adequate data protection measures.
  8. Your personal data is not being profiled.
  9. In connection with the processing of your personal data, you have the right to access your data, to demand rectification, erasure or restriction of the processing of personal data as well as the right to data portability. If your personal data are processed on the basis of your consent, you have the right to withdraw it at any time. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. If the personal data are processed on the basis of the legitimate interest of the Controller, you have the right to object to their processing due to your special situation. In order to exercise the above rights, please contact the Controller.
  10. If you believe that your data are processed in violation of the data protection law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body – Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych.
  11. Provision of personal data is voluntary but required to take part in the recruitment process except for a provision of personal data on the basis of your consent that is completely voluntary and has no effect on the possibility of participating in the recruitment process.
